YOUR MISSION

Being part of a dynamic and ambitious team, you are in charge of

● Management

○ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales and operations teams

○ Develop and implement the company's strategic business plan according to group company strategy

○ Develop and implement photo equipment for events processes in accordance with the business plan

○ Develop and implement new sales and operations initiatives, strategies and programs

○ Work with other entities in the group in order to share best practices, inputs, etc.

○ Identify emerging market trends and shifts maintaining awareness of new products and competition

○ Improve processes, quality control and performance

○ Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate sales and operations teams

○ Annual reviews with the staff

● Staffing

○ Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales and operations teams

● Selling

○ Provide support for sales and operations teams and contribute to teams effort by accomplishing related results as needed

○ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships (Meet with key customers)

○ Represent sharingbox in key events, reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks

● Administrative

○ Investments and costs management

○ Human and financial resources planification

● Reporting

○ Present and ensure sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

○ Analyze trends, results, define and implement key actions based on analysis
