Duties / Responsibilities:
* Daily email and telephone correspondence with overseas office
and local forwarder agents.
* Airfreight and Sea freight rates and general inquiry.
* Administrative operations such are filing, public office
contact.
* Secretary administrations for Chief Representative.
* Customer relations mainly Japanese key accounts and local German
company.
* Arrangement Air and Sea export shipments with local agents.
