Job Description:

Summary of Core Duties and Responsibilities


This position is responsible to develop and execute the strategy of the company by hiring, motivating, and retaining human resources and utilizing every enterprise resources of the company. This position works closely with personnel of business partners not only group companies as well as the suppliers inside and outside of the country to expand the business in responsible territories. This position is also responsible for the reporting and communications to headquarter in Japan as well as to the European regional headquarter in regular basis and or anytime upon requested.


Duties and Responsibilities


• Provide leadership and vision through effective planning and decision making to subordinates to achieve company targets.

• Provide coaching needed to reach key decision makers and form positive relationships.

• Develop, execute and monitor the budget and schedule designed to gain incremental business.

• Conduct business reviews on a quarterly or semi-annual basis. Report progress and gaps in progress to MD European HQ on a regular basis.

• Maintain an awareness of industry and competitive activity necessary for successful business development.

• Communicate and collaborate with colleagues in other group companies departments to address customer needs. Keep the organization informed of industry changes and competitive issues.

• Manage human resources making objective management and fair assessment.

• Make proposal for improvement to realize operational excellence of the company.

• Be responsible for regular reporting and forecast requested by headquarter. Provide various irregular reports to headquarter or other members such as expense reports, market share updates, spread sheets, etc upon request.

• Whenever being necessary, travel to site alone or with sales staff of local distributors and related activities, including conduct in-person training to customers or distributors.

• Manage internal administrative duties concluding the agreement and pricing with timely fashion.


Required skill


 Bachelor’s degree (laboratory medicine, medical engineering or bio chemistry preferred) from a four year college or university

 Minimum 5 years sales/commercial experience in laboratory or medical environment

 Knowledge of laboratory medicine, biochemistry, medical engineering or other knowledge related to the medical field is preferred

 Extensive knowledge of management of company or organizations not only the sales and marketing

 Experience working with and relationships with medical professionals as well as medical products manufactures  Excellent written and verbal communication/negotiation skills both in Polish and English, Japanese; Must be able to deliver professional presentations

 Demonstrated negotiating skills with proven progressive commercial success

 Capability to accept different culture and idea with maximum flexibility.

 Ability to travel domestic and abroad
