SALES ASSISTANT MANAGER (MARKETING)
Location: Wrocław
Main responsibilities include:
• sales and marketing management in the field of German OEM
• market research
• sales strategy proposal
• building business relationships within OEM
• active participation in OEM projects
• demand forecasting and management
• problem solving
• customer support in the process of marketing and sales
• analysis of customer needs and customizing solutions, advising clients
• negotiate with the clients trade actions and brand visibility
Requirements:
• very good management skills
• at least 3 years of experience in the selective business
• well organized and fast thinking person
• analytical skills
• strategy development and business planning
• communication and negotiation skills
• able to take initiatives, to propose new things to the management
• ability to lead
• very good knowledge of English and German
• knowledge of ISO/TS would be a big advantage
