HR Specialist
Location: Belgium
Job description You will be responsible for:
- ooperate with our HR-team to fill in vacancies for 11 countries. Follow up on the recruitment process from beginning to end
- Build up and maintain an effective network of agencies and contacts for the recruitment process, building up a file of potential candidates. Set up campus recruitment and visit job fairs
- Review resumes and credentials for skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
- Conduct telephone interviews, reference checks and perform behavioral and competency based interviews
- Set up tests and interviews and provide the management team with recommendations
- Set up schedules and arrangements for interviews
- Communicate the progress of the selection and the results to both the managers, the agencies and the candidates
- Maintain the existing candidate database
Profile
- Bachelor in applicable discipline or equivalent experience
- Good networking skills
- Recruiting experience with social media (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) is a plus
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment methodologies
- Good organizing skills
- Experience with interview techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German and/or Dutch communication skills are a plus)
- Willing to travel abroad
- Working experience in an international environment is an advantage
