International Automotive company is currently looking for suitable candidates for the positions of Production Control Specialist. This is a great opportunity for capable candidates, who wants to lead international team. Production Control Specialist

Main duties:
GENERAL DUTIES
-Preparation of the production plan and plan of deliveries of finished products to the customer according to the forecast from the customer;
-Caring for organizing a smooth flow of materials inside the company (KANBAN system) to ensure an organized and efficient work and production department store;
-Prepare orders for materials suppliers in accordance with the MRP;
-Control the number of Kanban cards in circulation between the supplier
- Inventory - production according to the calculation in the system;
RESPONSIBILITY RANGE:
Main duties and responsibilities
- Compliance with the provisions of Labor Law and Heath and Safety rules;
- Introducing Customer Forecasting system - to supervise the compliance data in the system;
- Supervision over the proper flow of materials within the company, the timely implementation of the plan deliveries to customers
- Control the number of Kanban cards in circulation between the supplier
- Inventory - production according to the calculation in the system;
- Production planning - according to the forecast from the customer;
- Contact with suppliers - creating contracts for materials for providers - control over timeliness of supply;
- Monitoring performance of suppliers and transport companies - preparing monthly and annual evaluations;
- Purchase of raw materials, oil, packaging, and supplies;
- Optimization of Production Control department costs ;
- Responsibility for organizing the supply chain - control and organize shipments;
- Development of a policy of supply and production control department, generate new solutions to improve business efficiency;
- Cooperation with other departments;
- Preparation of forecasts for the procurement of raw materials - the systematic transfer them to the suppliers; - Preparing the required analysis and reports
- Participation in periodic inventories - to clarify possible inconsistencies;
- Active search for new solutions and improvements (Kaizen);
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Knowledge:
- Higher education;
- Minimum 1-2 years experinece in similar postion
- Good knowledge of English;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office;
