SAP Specialist (MM Module)

Opis stanowiska:

Position's purpose:
Monitoring, maintaining and developing the proper operation of the SAP system

Scope of main tasks and duties performed on this position:
• Translating the new business processes and SAP users questions on the processes and reports in the system, preparation of documentation and description of business processes,
• Configure SAP - preparation of models / prototypes of business solutions in the SAP system and testing before deployment, configuration changes, moving between
• and productive testing environment
• Programming in SAP - preparation of reports, programs and applications that are compliant with the requirements of business and user requirements
• Coordination / management of change in the SAP system - to monitor changes and changes in the SAP system subject to internal procedures
• Keeping projects - planning tasks for the implementation of new SAP solutions, organizing meetings, scheduling of tests, supervising the implementation of the project
• Analysis and resolution of system errors - the use of available system tools and for analysis and repair errors in SAP
• Analysis and explanation of users' queries SAP - SAP to use available tools and tools to analyze and explain the questions users
• Creating documentation / manual SAP - documenting introduced in the SAP system changes, update the existing system documentation,
• preparation of instructions for users of SAP in English / Polish
• Conduct SAP training
• Cooperation in international team
• Support for MSOffice / Visio - use of applications designed to illustrate and describe the processes and to control data
• Creating interfaces and systems
• Creation of validation and substitutions users' needs
• Inference to the EITC for a new account in SAP
• Requesting the EITC to customize permissions to the requirements of SAP users

Practical skills:
