Chief Accountant/ Accounting Manager

A global High-Tech Automotive company is currently looking for suitable candidates for the positions of Chief Accountant/ Accounting Manager. This is a great opportunity for capable candidates, who wants to lead international team. If you have min. 4-5 years of accounting management experience at Automotive factories and knowledge of English at least at Business level, do not hesitate to apply for this position.

Is being substituted: Finance and Accounting Specialist

Division: Accountance and Finance

GENERAL DUTIES

• Full supervision of the totality of accounting issues by ensuring the proper conduct of business accounting and financial reporting in accordance with applicable law;
• Preparation of accounts, statements and reports in accordance with the law;
• Support key business decisions by providing the Board current and reliable information on the company's financial condition, deviation from the planned budget of short-, medium-and long-term, and expected changes to the financial targets;

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Knowledge:

• Master degree in economics;
• Extensive knowledge of finance, accounting, accounting
• Excellent knowledge of tax law, accounting and national accounting standards
• Very good knowledge of specialist financial and accounting applications
• Very good knowledge of English;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office;
• Good knowledge of techniques and methods of organizing work;

Experience:

• Minimum 4-5 years experience in an independent position related to accounting / finance;
• Approx. 2 years of work on the managerial position in accounting;

RESPONSIBILITY RANGE: Main duties and responsibilities

• Caring for proper flow of financial documents in the company;
• Internal auditing;
• Analysis, preparation and validation of company account statements
• Contact and exchange of documents with Customs, tax and statistical;
• Company cost optimization;
• Cooperation with banks;
• Cooperation with external audit offices;
• Substantive supervision over the work of department;
• Control and decreeing input into the accounting system;
• Performing cost control activities of the company;
• Monitoring cost accounting, profits and losses;
• Analysis and assessment of current business results compared with the planned goals;
• Supervision of payments to banks, financial institutions, suppliers and service companies;
• Controlling the distribution constants: employee wages, bonuses and reimbursement of costs associated with performing work (delegation);
• Knowledge of all current legal and financial regulations, in terms of issues;
• Monitoring of financial inflows in terms of payment of the customer;
• Valuation of assets and liabilities and determining financial results;
• Control of inventory assets;
• Control records of financial transactions, cash flows;
• Monitoring of bank deposits
• Monitoring of quarterly reports;
• Monitoring of accounts;
• Works with all units of the company;
• Work with external auditor during the annual inspection;
• Prepare the annual budget report for the company's management and other reports in line with the expectations of the Board;
• Active search for new solutions and improvements (Kaizen);
• Planning and supervising the work of the accounting department, the division of responsibilities and tasks, performance appraisal of subordinates;


POWERS :

• Deciding on the accounting records;
• Signing of external and internal documents;
• Acceptation vacations of subordinate staff;
• Rewarding and punishing subordinate employees;
• Representation outside the company (letters to clients, contacts with authorities, banks, etc.)
