Sales Manager Photo Printing

Our client: World famous Japanese High Tech Photo printing equipment company is looking for Country Sales Manager in Poland, responsible for Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania with budget 15000 ~ 28000 PLN gross month, possible B to B contract.You will report to European HQ in France directly European Operation CEO.This is a great opportunity for someone who want to come a independent Country Sales Manager and make career development for whole eastern european countries. 


Your responsibilities

1. Territories - Based in Poland and will be in charge of customers in Eastern Europe countries (Czech, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania and Poland)

2. Language - English (for daily communication with the supervisor and colleagues) / Polish (for daily communication with local customers)

3. Maket Investigation and Analysis - Analyzing the market trend / competitors / volume of prints / method of printing / number of systems in each category of Photo industry

- Analyzing the market tend / competitors / volume of prints / method of printing / number of systems in each area from geographical view point

- Investigating new potential customers / market segments such as System integrators, distributors, sub distributors, Retail chain stores, big event players, Event/Amusement like theme parks, etc

- Based on the investigation, to analyze how to segment ourselves in the market and target such potential customers so we can maximize company profit by using the resources

4. Activities for customers A: Existing distributors

- Daily communication with the existing distributors either face-to-face or online to establish the firm business relationship

- Investigate and understand the potential and the limit of the current distributors from different aspects such as their customer's network, covering area, covering category, resources, financial power, etc - Find a way how to support to maximize their potential by supporting their projects.

- Negotiate commercial conditions

- Obtain the 6 months rolling forecast of printers and consumables

- Manage them in case of starting business with new potential customers

B: New customers

- Visit potential new customers to understand if they can be good partner

- Understand their requirements and find a solution

- Negotiate commercial conditions

5. Marketing

- Investigate and plan to participate exhibition, local roadshow either collaborating with customers or without them

- Find ideas about tools for advertising our products such as catalogue, or via social network

- Find ideas on sales promotion plan - Review and analyze the effectiveness of all marketing programs 6. Reporting

- Weekly meeting:

Weekly telephone conference will be held every Friday at 10:30 France time. All sales managers will participate to report weekly activities

- Weekly report:

This report will be shared at weekly meeting. Weekly report must be submitted to HQ France by 17:00 Thursday France time

- All plans of customer visits must be mentioned on Weekly report

- Monthly new project sheet: The report of new project in month must be submitted by 10 th of next month

- 6 months rolling forecast: 6 months rolling forecast for printer and consumable must be submitted by 25th of each month to Operation team with dedicated excel form

- Any specific topic related with sales activities with both existing customers and new potential customers shall be reported Employer requirements

Experience in B to B sales & distributor business ( sales of Photo printers, Home appliances, printers, computers, copy machines etc )

Able to go to business travel to Czech, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, France

Ability to communicate fluently in English (written & spoken) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively at all levels with emphasis on a high degree of Customer contact

Organizational and coordination abilities Be analytical and proactive in response to internal and Customer requirements

Able to set us your own company ( B to B contract )

Driving licence MS Office package (good knowledge of excel)
