Our Client: Japanese International High-Tech Automotive OEM company in Frankfurt looking for Administration Assistant & Secretary.

Duties:

Administration and Secretary activities
Support Japanese Expats and housing contract.
Renew and contract of the insurance and lease property of the company.
Translation German documents into English or Japanese to support Japanese management.  
Company car maintenance control.
Order office stationery and goods and refreshments for employee.
Supporting sales staff ordering an air ticket and hotel reservation.
Secretary job for Japanese Management
Arrange a medical check-up for employees.
Prepare and guide health and safety training to employees and maintain the record
Expense Control and Communication with accounting company.

Requirements:

 Advanced level speaking German, English 
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Proactive and problem-solving approach to work
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
Proactive and highly self-motivated
Active listening
Problem solving and issue handling is a timely manner
