General scope of duties:
Motivate and support subordinates in self-development Evaluate subordinates performance Schedule IT systems development path prioritize task based on business priorities Take an active part in new projects, from the analysis, through design, development up to implementation Set up an IT development strategy together with company board Maintain and if required negotiate new contract with third party providers Provide the highest availability of an IT-T resources for the internal customers (IT support, servers, network) Assure IT section compliance with the ISO 9001 and 14001 standards
